Rice University had many opportunities to be featured on television newscasts during 2012 — from the 50th anniversary of President John F. Kennedy’s famous speech at Rice Stadium, the centennial, a bowl game and the opening of James Turrell’s “Twilight Epiphany” Skyspace, to the elections and other national and international events that warranted commentary from experts at Rice. This video montage of excerpts from some of those newscasts provides a quick look back on 2012.
