Show your true blue Rice spirit when you hit the road with a Rice license plate

For $30 per year, drivers can show their Owl pride and support higher education in Texas by purchasing a Rice-themed license plate for their vehicle.

Texas’ Higher Education Coordinating Board will direct $22 of the fee to scholarships for students who demonstrate a need for financial assistance.
