McConnell gives keynote at Total Energy USA

Charles McConnell, executive director of Rice’s Energy and Environment Initiative, gave a keynote address Nov. 20 at the Total Energy USA conference at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston. McConnell’s speech, “Why All-of-the-Above is Essential and Must be Sustainable,” was followed by a keynote address by Houston Mayor Annise Parker ’78.
