RICE OFFERS ON-LINE AUDIO OF MADELEINE ALBRIGHT’S
SPEECH

An on-line recording of Secretary of State Madeleine Albright’s major policy
speech at Rice University will be available at http://realaudio.rice.edu. It will be
available within five minutes after she concludes her talk on Feb. 7. The speech
begins at 2 p.m.

To hear the speech, you must use free software called “Real Audio Player.”
The web site http://realaudio.rice.edu
is now active and contains a link to the web site from which the Real Audio
Player can be downloaded.

With the Real Audio Player installed on your computer, simply click on the
Albright link located at http://realaudio.rice.edu. The file will
begin “streaming” or sending the speech to your computer.
