Kudos to Green Dorm Initiative winners

The grand prizewinners of this year’s Green Dorm Initiative were treated to cookies and tea with University Representative Y. Ping Sun at the Wiess President’s House. Sun hosted the event for the students who earned the most points in the annual competition aimed at encouraging the adoption of a sustainable lifestyle. Participants earned points for such activities as using natural lighting, going vegetarian, taking a shower in less than four minutes and sending no waste to the landfill.
