Pace Concerts is offering a special discount to Rice students, faculty and staff members for the Saturday, April 17, concert at Rice Stadium featuring George Strait.

Rice students, along with benefits-eligible faculty and staff, will be able to purchase up to two concert tickets at a discount of $5 per ticket.

Tickets in the Rice section will be $34.50 for lower level seating (regular price: $39.50) and $24.50 for upper deck seating (regular price: $29.50).

Tickets went on sale March 22 and will be on sale through Friday, April 2, or until tickets sell out. Availability is limited. The Rice Ticket Office is located in the Autry Court basketball gym on campus. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Rice faculty, staff and students will need to purchase tickets in person at the Rice ticket office and must their Rice ID. The Rice ticket office will be selling George Strait tickets to Rice students and faculty/staff only. No phone orders; cash or check only. Call (713) 527-4068 for more information.
