Research reports and briefs produced by the Houston Education Research Consortium are now indexed in the Education Resources Information Center (ERIC), a free online library of education research, sponsored by the Institute of Education Sciences at the U.S. Department of Education. Over half a million users search ERIC each week, including researchers, students, teachers, librarians, administrators, education policymakers and the general public.
McMurtry College freshman Ahalya Lettenberger won the silver medal in the 400-meter freestyle at the World Para Swimming Allianz Championships held Sept. 9-15 in London. She also finished fourth in the 200-meter individual medley, fifth in the 100-meter freestyle, eighth in the 100-meter backstroke and 10th in the 100-meter breaststroke.
