Teach music to your children with music day camps

Rice’s Shepherd School of Music is offering a music day camp for children ages 2 to 9. Eleven sessions will be offered through the summer. A schedule and prices of the sessions can be found at http://www.ruf.rice.edu/~musi/preparatory/ycd_summer08_02.html.

The children will participate in imaginative musical exploration that includes singing, rhythm games, creative movement, improvisation and an open class in which family members can join in the activities. The camps are highly recommended for children who take or will take instrumental lessons.
