Nobel laureate Sen speaks at Baker Institute

Baker III Institute for Public Policy on "The Reach and Limits of Growth: Economic Recession, Development and Human Capability." The lecture was co-sponsored by the Center for the Study of Women, Gender and Sexuality's Program in Poverty, Justice and Human Capabilities.
