Jones School to host ‘Many Voices at the Table: A Discussion on Women and Leadership in the 21st Century’

The Jones Graduate School of Business will host “Many Voices at the Table: A Discussion on Women and Leadership in the 21st Century,” part of the Jones Partners‘ Thought Leadership Series, at 6 p.m. Sept. 18 in McNair Hall’s Shell Auditorium.

Featured speakers for the event will include Jim Turley, chairman and CEO of Ernst & Young, and Karen Nelson, the Harmon Whittington Professor of Accounting and accounting area coordinator at the Jones School.

The Jones Partners is a committed group of business professionals working to open doors and increase collaboration between the Jones School and the Houston business community. The Thought Leadership Series comprises several events throughout the year that allow the business community to gain perspectives on current issues from industry leaders and Jones School faculty members by exploring current business trends and associated academic research and thought. These evening events are preceded by a networking cocktail reception.
