Rice students create way to keep cancer patients upright for radiation treatment

This week in his Introduction to International Relations class, Rice University political scientist Ric Stoll talked about the current missile attack threats coming from North Korea and what U.S. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel called the country’s "dangerous line" of provoking South Korea and the United States into military conflict. Stoll, who is the Albert Thomas Professor of Political Science at Rice and a scholar at Rice’s Baker Institute for Public Policy, is available for news media interviews to discuss the ongoing conflict with North Korea.
