This week in his Introduction to International Relations class, Rice University political scientist Ric Stoll talked about the current missile attack threats coming from North Korea and what U.S. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel called the country’s "dangerous line" of provoking South Korea and the United States into military conflict.
