Rice alumnus Rakesh Agrawal ’97 sported an Owl pin when he was interviewed on Bloomberg TV’s “Market Makers” about SnapStream, the company of which he is the co-founder and CEO. Agrawal applied his bachelor’s degrees in computer science and mechanical engineering to create a software company that enables “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart,” the U.S. Senate and other customers to monitor TV and news coverage.
