Phillips 66 CEO Garland to speak at Rice’s Baker Institute

HOUSTON – (Sept. 18, 2019) – Phillips 66 Chairman and CEO Greg Garland will visit Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy Sept. 25 to discuss the changing energy landscape and lessons learned in his nearly 40-year career in energy.

The event, hosted by the Baker Institute’s Center for Energy Studies, is free and open to the public but registration is required.

When: Wednesday, Sept. 25, 6-7:30 p.m. A reception will be held at 5:30.
